Ira L. Gilmer is the Director of Sales & Recruiting for Right Choice Logistics LLC.

With over two decades of experience in sales and logistics, Ira is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. From his early career in sales at Footlocker and as a mortgage broker, to 20 years of dedicated service with the Chicago Transit Authority and Streets and Sanitation as a driver, Ira has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence.

As an entrepreneur, Ira founded Gilmer Delivery Services Inc., managing FedEx transportation in Springfield, IL, for five successful years. Building on this success, he launched G1 International Logistics, a 4PL supply chain business based out of Miami, FL, and Cartagena, Colombia, where he continues to deliver innovative solutions in global logistics.

Ira also operates his own tax consulting business, credit repair services, and a travel agency, offering clients holistic financial and travel solutions. Beyond his professional achievements, Ira is a devoted father of four and a mentor to young athletes, having coached NBA and NFL prospects who went on to achieve success at the professional level.

With a passion for entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community impact, Ira brings a wealth of knowledge and determination to every endeavor he undertakes.
